Dassai 39 Junmai Daiginjo

Dassai 39 is made from the premium rice variety Yamada Nishiki, polished down to 39% of its original size.

The aroma is bright, elegant and fruity, with notes reminiscent of melon. On the palate, it is particularly smooth and silky, accompanied by a delicate, honey-like sweetness. The finish remains clean, fresh and balanced.

Recommended serving temperature: approx. 10°C

Japanese Glass Craftsmanship for the Perfect Sake Experience

The two sake glasses combine modern glassmaking with traditional Japanese 蒔絵 (Maki-e) lacquer art. Their detailed Ukiyo-e motifs are inspired by classical Japanese art and give each glass its own distinctive character.

The handcrafted Tokkuri carafe is produced by Mizusaki Glass. Its finely textured surface creates a lively appearance and a pleasant feel in the hand. The design by Kimoto Glass in Tokyo combines traditional Japanese craftsmanship with a modern aesthetic.

The result is a set in which not only the sake itself, but also its presentation takes centre stage.
