The 2023 edition combines the signature harmony of Hibiki with delicate floral notes derived from Sakura cask finishing.

Aroma: Soft sweetness with vanilla and floral notes, complemented by delicate spices of cinnamon and ginger. Subtle floral hints of cherry blossom (Sakura) and osmanthus.

Taste: Round and harmonious. Honey, marzipan, and Sakura mochi meet gentle oak and restrained spice. Slightly sweeter in profile than later vintages.

Finish: Medium to long, with lingering sweetness, fine spices, and floral elegance.

Color: Pale gold with light amber tones.

Maturation: Carefully aged malt and grain whiskies, complemented by selected components finished in Sakura casks, imparting a fresh, spring-like character to the whisky.
