Aroma: Delicate cherry blossoms and fragrant olive open the bouquet, accompanied by vanilla, acacia honey, and a hint of ripe pear. Light floral freshness and subtle woody notes add elegance and depth.

Taste: Silky, harmonious, and layered. Floral sakura notes meet gentle sweetness from honey and La France pear. Subtle spice, soft oak, and an elegant structure create a beautifully balanced and refined mouthfeel.

Finish: Surprisingly long and lingering. The floral impressions slowly fade into a clean, delicate sweetness, with hints of sakura mochi and a gentle, warming depth.

Color: Pale gold with soft, warm highlights.

Maturation: A complex blend of malt and grain whiskies of varying ages. Part of the blend receives additional maturation in Japanese cherry wood casks (sakura casks), which lend the whisky its distinctive floral elegance and unmistakably Japanese character.
