This gift set combines the two varieties MIO Sparkling Sake and MIO Clear with two simple sake glasses designed by Kimoto Glass.

While the classic MIO delights with its fruity sweetness and gentle sparkle, MIO Clear is fresher, drier and particularly clean in style. Two different interpretations of modern Japanese sake culture – ideal for tasting and comparing together.

MIO & MIO Clear Sparkling Sake

Both MIO varieties combine traditional Japanese brewing craftsmanship with a modern, light style and delicate bubbles.

The classic MIO Sparkling Sake is pleasantly fruity with a gentle sweetness. Notes of Muscat grape, pear, peach and melon are complemented by delicate acidity and fine, harmoniously integrated bubbles.

MIO Clear, by contrast, is cleaner and fresher in style. Aromas of green apple, pear and melon accompany a lighter, less sweet taste. Its fine bubbles give it a particularly elegant and refreshing character.

Together, the two varieties offer an enjoyable introduction to the modern side of Japanese sake culture.
