What is "MIO" ?

“MIO” takes its name from the gentle flow of shallow water and the bubbly trails left by boats. With low alcohol and a light, refreshing taste, its delicate bubbles represent a new style of sake.

“MIO” means “my” in Italian, expressing the idea that this sake can feel like your very own, personal drink.
