Dassai 45 Junmai Daiginjo

Dassai 45 is made from the premium rice variety Yamada Nishiki. The rice grains are polished down to 45% of their original size, creating a particularly refined and elegant Junmai Daiginjo.

The aroma is delicate and fruity, with notes of Muscat grapes and crisp apples.

On the palate, it is smooth and gentle. Pleasant sweetness combines with fresh acidity to create a harmonious and well-balanced flavour.

The finish is long and clean, characterised by a fine balance of sweetness and umami with a fresh, lively finish.
